Animals have been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. Grooming isn’t just a service I provide — it is the craft through which I bring comfort, beauty, and confidence to the pets entrusted to me. With more than fifteen years of professional experience in private salons, corporate environments, mobile settings, and ownership roles, I’ve worked with thousands of dogs across every breed, coat type, and temperament.

I began my formal grooming journey in 2005, completing PetSmart’s Professional PetStylist Training Program, including 160 hours of classroom education and 100 documented hands-on grooms in a high-volume salon. From there, I worked my way through multiple salons — learning speed, precision, coat health, pattern work, safe handling, and elite customer experience.

In 2017, I became the owner/operator of Premier Petcare, a medium-volume luxury salon specializing in all-breed styling and personalized client service. I continued sharpening my skills, staying current through industry education, and expanding my techniques in both traditional and modern styles.

In 2015, I competed in the Double K Industries “Rags to Riches” Grooming Competition, placing 3rd in the Ultimate Groomer division — an achievement recognized with an official plaque and winner’s graphics from the event. That experience deepened my love for the artistic side of grooming and taught me the value of blending creativity with technical mastery.

Today, I bring all of this experience into Janette’s Pets, my new mobile grooming service. My mission is simple:

Provide luxury-level grooming in a calm, private, one-on-one environment where every pet feels safe, respected, and loved.

My clients return to me again and again because they trust my hands, my judgment, my consistency, and the way I treat their pets like my own. Many have followed me across cities and years — and their loyalty is the heart of my business.

I believe grooming is both an art and a science. It requires technical training, intuitive understanding of animal behavior, and a genuine desire to make each dog look and feel their best. Every groom matters. Every pet matters. And every detail matters.
